Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using any service on the 2400 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms apply equally to the 2400 website, mobile version, and all related services.
You must be at least 18 years old and qualified to use this platform under Bangladesh’s applicable laws. 2400 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

Account Creation & Security
When registering with 2400, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person is allowed to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- Keep your password strictly confidential and change it regularly.
- Do not share login details with third parties.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
- Creating accounts using fake identities is strictly forbidden.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2400 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If terms are violated or fraud is detected.
- Registration with false information or verification failure.
- Using the platform with the intent to harm other users.
- Activities violating applicable laws.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
While using the 2400 platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or loopholes in the platform.
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Disrespectful behavior or harassment towards other users is prohibited.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities through the platform are strictly prohibited.
- You may only bet or play games from your own account and for your own benefit.

Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 2400 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. Minimum deposit amounts are specified separately.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals above a certain amount. You may need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Report any transaction errors or disputes to [email protected] within 48 hours. 2400 will investigate and provide a fair resolution. Transactions caused by technical errors may be reversed.
Limitation of Liability
2400 strives to provide the highest quality service but limits liability in the following areas:
- Losses due to internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in compromising account credentials.
- Incomplete games or bets due to unexpected technical interruptions.
- Temporary service interruptions due to external factors (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
2400 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. However, we will provide fair resolutions for directly verifiable technical errors.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 2400 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected by intellectual property laws. Reuse, copying, or distribution without prior permission is prohibited.
Our platform may include third-party game providers or payment service links. 2400 is not responsible for any third-party content or policies. We advise reading their terms before using their services.
Changes to Applicable Laws & Terms
These terms are governed and interpreted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved by the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Both parties will attempt direct negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
2400 reserves the right to alter, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time. Changes will be clearly announced on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
If any part of these terms is legally invalid, the remainder will remain fully effective. These terms form the entire agreement between 2400 and the user, replacing all prior oral or written agreements.
